for Information Technology Company. [POS Solution]
Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients. Acting as a field-based sales and customer relationship resource for Lenador Systems, you must be an expert in POS related sales. This role will focus on new business development using a consultative selling approach to close new deals.
You are expected to achieve 2.5 - 3 million Dirhams quotas in a year.
¥ Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
¥ Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
¥ Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
¥ Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
¥ Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
¥ Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales goals and upsell on the Lenador value
¥ • Generate leads and execute new client sales
¥ Maximize opportunities by conducting needs assessments and developing customized solution designs through consultative selling
¥ Meet order, revenue, and profitability growth goals in accordance with order management requirements
¥ Ensure successful post-sale implementation and follow-up
¥ Create and manage a sufficient pipeline to support goals
¥ Communicate an accurate forecast
¥ Strategize onsite with prospects to understand their needs and educate them on how our software can save time and money making them more efficient in managing their business
Skills and Qualifications:

¥ Must have a Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university
¥ Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and new business development
¥ Must be motivated, aggressive, and results driven to conduct cold calls and close new business deals
¥ Must have exceptional communication, presentation, strategic planning, problem solving and critical thinking skills
¥ Proficient in all MS Office products with emphasis on Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
¥ Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
