DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
A.Account Relationship Management & Development
a)Monitors and analyses customer monthly sales against targets and report.
b)Effective control of payment collections within agreed guidelines
c)Conducts regular sales visit/call rota to key consumer accounts
d)Supervises responsiveness to customer queries and complaints
e)Participates and responds to feedback from annual customer satisfaction survey
f)Aligns and meets with Card and Lubricant colleagues for mutual business opportunities on a monthly basis
g)Captures commercial fuels and asphalt business in UAE with agreed industry parameters.
a)Develops information to be incorporated into the annual and 3 year Commercial Marketing Business Plans.
b)Develops strategy, annual business plans and budget requirements for management of commercial fuels sector.
c)Utilizes key influencer skills to ensure fully abreast of trends in the commercial fuel sector.
Conducts businessin a transparent and professional manner, i.e;
·Within the bounds of the laws if the UAE.
·Safe for all involved in the business chain

·Ethical and respectable
·In-line with the group vision.
a)Establishes effective team relationship with other members of the team
b)Develops internal relationships with key individuals and management in F&A, ITD, Card& Lubricant Business units.
a)Reports to Commercial Manager on day to day developments / opportunities
b)Presents weekly work plan(call rota, opportunities, collections, manpower issues)
c)Reports sales analysis/performance against target on a monthly basis.
Complies fully with Group EHS policies in all work activities undertaken.
Note: The Job Holder may be asked to perform other tasks from time to time as requested by the company
Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Experience
a)Business Degree Educated with 8-10 years ofSales Management Experience; Petroleum Product Knowledge; Sales Training Experience
b)Knowledge of Business / Industrial companies in UAE. Knowledge of Fleet / Vehicle / Transport Management Requirements
b)Effective Time Management and ability to prioritize
c)Decisive; ShowsInitiative; A Self-Starter
d)Presentation Skills; Letter Writing Capability
e)English Speaking (Arabic speaking preference)
