Job Description

Actively coordinates a professional team, assigning duties and supervising their completion. Liaises with internal and external bodies to ensure good professional relations for the benefit of the company and department.


Bachelor Degree in marketing preferred or equivalent education.
1-3 years experience in a similar field is preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including active listening skills.
Excellent computer skills.
Organized and able to work methodically.
Presentable with a professional attitude as well as confident and enthusiastic.
Able to effectively work under pressure.
Able to multi-task efficiently and successfully prioritize tasks.
Excellent negotiating, analyzing and problem solving skills
Creative, open-minded with original ideas.
Fluent in both written and verbal English communication, Arabic knowledge will serve as an advantage.

Key Outputs

Actively study illustrations and usable material to plan presentations and prepare ideas.
Create original designs and concepts for sample layouts of promotional brochures, posters and flyers for external use as well as internally in the hospital clinics.
Develop effective graphics to be used on the Hospital Websites as well as the internal Intranet.
When required assist other hospital departments in preparing designs for booklets needed and other stationary for internal or external use.
Effectively correct and rearrange layouts according to recommendations and discussions.
Accurately prepare notes and instructions for external printers and publishers for the final stages.
Readily take part in departmental meetings.
Efficiently coordinate the flow of activities, data & tasks in the office ensuring the correct distribution of duties and readily assist the Marketing team in the daily activities of the department.
Assist in designing, implementing, collating and reporting surveys to further the company's understanding of clients, future prospects and market forces.
Actively work to build professional relationships with a range of stakeholders like customers, suppliers, colleagues etc…
Effectively assist and supervise the Marketing Team in the execution and renewal of contracts with government and private companies.
Coordinate and distribute all tasks and assignments within the department, ensuring their timely completion for the overall efficient functioning of the department.
Ensure accurate data entry of all new contracts with private, insurance or governmental organizations, indicating the necessary terms and conditions, in the Hospital Database System for invoicing and billing purposes.
As necessary ensure timely renewal of above named contracts and inform clients of changes in procedures and pricing, etc.
Competently complete other assignments and tasks as requested by the Marketing Manager, in a timely manner.
Adhere to Infection Control and Health and Safety measures.
Actively be involved in the quality improvement activities within the Department.
