Applicants must be
Follow-up and Maintain up-to-date records of customer information Accountable to consolidate all customer information in database (complaints, sales visits, customer details, communications records, customer analytics) and enhance CRM functionality
Synthesize information from various customer data sources
Maintain records of all customer enquiry generated from marketing activities Maintain the system
Quantitative and Qualitative Customer/ Market Research
Follow-up to increase the customer responses
Conduct periodic market/ customer surveys
Collation and presentation of survey results
Devise and create monthly customer analytics and intelligence reports
Interpret, formulate and highlight recommendations based upon the research findings
Customer Service - Sales Support
Outbound prospecting aimed at specific target market as per marketing/ business development campaigns
Create sales, customer service and marketing trend reports
Attend to customer calls in a polite manner and ensure completion of the customer cases.
Ensure all customer complaints are recorded with timely closure and valid root causes.
Root cause analysis of complaints for on-going customer service improvements.
Support with effective sales presentations and related tender documentations.
Assist internal and external customers and ensure exceptional experience for the clients.
Qualifications & Educational Requirements
Bachelor degree in Marketing and Sales Management
Minimum of 5 years sales experience (at least 3 years in the Middle East)
Minimum of 2 years marketing administrative experience
Minimum 2-3 years logistics field
Fluent in English SKILLS
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, Front Page/ Excellent Word (creation of templates and macros), Excel, PowerPoint (customized), and email (Outlook) skills
Sound understanding of the principles of marketing.
Strong understanding of new technologies and how they can be applied to marketing.
Excellent copywriting skills – ability to rework technical text for a broader audience.
Team player – works to ensure team goals are met or exceeded.
Good communications skills
Strong organization skills
