Key Responsibilities for PRO:
- Process and assist with visa applications, visa renewals, medical reports and passport expiries.
- Process all applications in the system for labour contracts for new and existing employees ensuring all records for the company on the Labour system are up to date.
- Stay up to date with any processes or rules implemented by the Government entities which may impact the business or company employees and communicate these company HR and the organisation.
- Update and maintain HR employee records by tracking employee labour contracts, visa and passport expiries and communicate this to the employee to prepare timely renewals
- Process all visit visas for guests/clients.
- Save all labour contracts, passport and visa copies, photos on the HR network and employee files.
- Deal with general enquires regarding PRO functions.
- Be the point of contact internally for employees for all visa and labour questions.
- Adhoc and regular reporting to support the PRO Department and HR.
- Ensure to maintain confidentiality and security of company and employee documents at all times
The Successful Applicant - At least 3 years experience in a PRO position must have experience working within the DIFC.
- Some experience working within a legal environment .
- Proactive with a confident personality.
What's on Offer Salary will be from 8,000-12,000 dependent upon experience
