Run all aspects of large-budget SEM campaigns.
Execute search-marketing tactics, including: keyword research, ad copy creation, campaign performance tracking, reporting & managing all internal resources.
Continually evaluate and improve the effectiveness of campaigns and identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
Analyze and optimize campaigns from a variety of perspectives including keyword/ad copy CTR, conversion rates, CBT & ROI.
Make recommendations to the team on what needs to be improved & done.
Implement A/B tests with regards to audience targeting, bid management, ad-copies & landing pages.
Monitor competition and industry trends
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices, strategies and latest developments in paid search.
Review accounts inside and out & writes meticulously accurate and inspired reports with thoughtful analysis and ingenious recommendations.
Work closely with country marketing teams and regional marketing leads to forecast the budget and adjust it throughout the month to incorporate changes due to external and internal influences.
Communicate campaign results, strategy, issues or needs with stakeholders & maintain countries satisfaction.
Test all latest Adwords technologies and features.


4+ years' experience building, executing, optimizing and reporting on SEM campaigns.
Minimum 2 years' experience managing teams, setting budgets & forecasting.
Technically proficient expert, and proves this by passing all Adwords exams for 2015.
Ability to own and execute initiatives to meet business goals.
Experience working with leading marketing and analytics platforms and tools, including AdWords, Google Analytics, Omniture, Double Click for search...etc.
Fully understand across channels/devices attribution.
Ability to understand ecommerce business models, products/services, verticals, and competition.
Excel skills - familiarity with pivot tables and vlookups.
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Retail and e-commerce experience preferred.
Experience with bid management software/platform preferred
Arabic speaker is a must.
Bachelor's Degree required
