Prepares, administers and analyzes patients’ satisfaction questionnaires.
Presents the results of the questionnaires to the concerned parties. Interprets and explains Hospital\\\'s philosophy, policies and procedures for patients and their families.
Promotes establishment and maintenance of meaningful communications between patients, families as well as internal staff.
Maintains a proper filing system, coordinate patient appointments, billing, simple accounting and performing other clerical duties.
Recommends establishment of policies and operating procedures to ensure positive patient-centre relations.
Assists in the investigation of patient needs and makes recommendations to improve the overall effectiveness between patients and the Hospital.
Prepares reports, appropriate recommendations or conclusions for the consideration of senior management.
Miscellaneous Attends assigned meetings, committee meetings and conferences, as required
Performs any other related activity, assigned by Customer Care & Patient Relations Unit Head.
