As a receptionist you will be the first point of contact for the company and you will provide administrative support across the organization. You will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them.
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
- Receive, direct and convey telephone messages and fax messages.
- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls
- Deliver the mails to respective employee in the company
- Respond to public inquiries
- Provide secretarial support
- Maintain the general filling system and file all correspondence
- Monitor and maintain the use of supplies and equipment
- Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Ability to accurately prepare daily, weekly, monthly, reports when required.
Salary: AED 5,000 + Ticket & Medical
Requirements - Minimum 2-3 years of Proven Working experience as a Receptionist.
- A Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office Skills
- Ability to accurately prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports
- Excellent Organizational and time management Skills
